Once EBS submits your enrollment with a new supplier, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining all the details of your supply plan — including the rate, plan length, and supplier name. Your new rate will then appear on your utility bill within one to two billing cycles, depending on your utility company’s processing time. There’s no disruption to your service — your utility provider remains the same and continues to send your bill as usual. The only change you’ll notice is your new supplier rate listed in the supply section of your utility bill.
No new equipment is needed. The transition to your new electric supplier happens entirely behind the scenes, without any installations or changes to your current setup. You’ll continue receiving the same dependable power from your utility, and your bill will look familiar — just with a lower supply rate. EBS manages the entire process for you so saving on electricity is effortless.
Yes, you can. If you were on your utility’s default supply rate, you’re free to switch back at any time — just note that utility prices can change periodically. If you were with another competitive supplier before enrolling with EBS, that exact rate may no longer be available since suppliers update their pricing regularly. However, you can always choose from the current competitive rates in the market or return to your utility’s standard rate. We keep everything transparent and flexible so you stay in control.
